Inspired by The Poet X by Elizabeth Acevedo, this Banned Book colorway reflects the force of a voice that refuses to stay silent.

The novel’s intensity — its honesty, anger, vulnerability, and courage — is mirrored in a single, layered colorway built on contrast and depth. A warm, fiery base glaze is overdyed with black, creating a skein rich with dimension where flashes of heat emerge from beneath shadow.

As the fabric grows, that underlying warmth reveals itself stitch by stitch — much like the story itself.
