Opal is a UV-reactive nature-inspired colorway inspired by the internal fire and shifting depth of natural opal gemstones. Opals are known for their ability to hold light within them — revealing flashes of color as they move, change angle, and catch the eye.
This colorway translates that phenomenon into fiber through layered dye techniques and UV-reactive speckling. Soft gemstone pastels form the foundation, while vivid neon accents remain hidden until exposed to black light. Under UV, Opal comes alive — glowing, shifting, and revealing its full intensity.
In regular light, the palette reads luminous and complex. Under black light, the energy beneath the surface is fully revealed.
