Lolita — Banned Book Colorway

Inspired by Lolita by Vladimir Nabokov, this Banned Book–inspired colorway draws from one of the most controversial and frequently challenged novels of the twentieth century. Long misunderstood as a romance, Lolita is instead a disturbing examination of obsession, manipulation, and unreliable narration — a study in how language can distort truth and disguise harm.

This colorway exists because that harm is not theoretical. In documented accounts connected to Jeffrey Epstein, Lolitaappears as a cultural symbol misused to normalize and aestheticize real-world exploitation. Naming that misuse — rather than avoiding it — is part of why this colorway had to be made.
